Health and fitness information — details you provide in our Baseline self-assessment and intake questionnaires (such as training history, injuries, and physical goals), used solely to design and deliver your coaching programme.
Scheduling information — collected through our third-party scheduling provider, Acuity Scheduling, when you book an Assessment Call. Payment information — processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details.
Website usage information — such as pages visited and general location, collected automatically to help us understand how our site is used.

Tally (tally.so) — collects and stores intake and health-screening questionnaire responses.
Acuity Scheduling (acuityscheduling.com) — handles scheduling for Assessment Calls.
Stripe (stripe.com) — processes payments securely for Assessment Calls and programme fees. We do not store your full payment card details.
Framer (framer.com) — our website hosting and content platform.

Health Information
SHORE Longevity is a private coaching practice, not a medical provider. Health and fitness information you share with us is used exclusively to inform your coaching programme and is not shared with third parties beyond the providers listed above, except with your consent or as required by law. We are not a “covered entity” under HIPAA, but we treat health information you share with the same care and discretion.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
