THE GAP
I founded SHORE Longevity because the gap I kept seeing had nothing to do with effort. The people who came to me were already committed — already reading the right books, already training, already thinking carefully about their health. What they lacked wasn't motivation or information. It was clarity, precision, and someone they could trust to tell them plainly what mattered most and what didn't.
That kind of relationship — a trusted expert who cuts through the noise and gives you a firm, evidence-based recommendation — is one most high-performing people already have in their professional lives. A financial advisor. A specialist surgeon. I built SHORE Longevity to be its equivalent for physical capability.
THE BACKGROUND
Before this practice, I spent more than fifteen years leading and developing high-performing UK national security teams. I coached exceptional performers operating in rugged environments where good decisions depended on careful preparation, sound judgment, and the ability to separate signal from noise. The setting has changed. The principles have not.
That belief in disciplined preparation predates SHORE by two decades. Global travel, national law enforcement projects, a military deployment in Afghanistan, and high-intensity counter-terrorism work meant that how well I managed my body and mind had a direct bearing on how well I did my job. Strength, movement, nutrition, and recovery were never abstractions. After working major security operations including the London 2012 Olympic Games and 2013 G8 Summit, I formalized that interest, qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and in Executive Coaching, then deepening it further with a Master's in Psychology. The work continued — including a security leadership role in the central Mediterranean — before I relocated to the United States, where I trained with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the International Sports Sciences Association to bring the latest science and techniques to my work with clients.

THE METHOD
That combination — operational experience, a grounding in psychology, and continuous scientific study — shapes how I coach. It means programming built on evidence rather than trend, delivered with the same discipline I once relied on in consequential, high-stakes environments, from a coach who understands not only the physiology of change but the psychology of sustaining it.
The rigor is not incidental to SHORE. It is the method.
TODAY
Today, every client relationship at SHORE Longevity is built on the same foundations: a precise understanding of where you actually stand, a strategy built specifically around your physiology and your life, and a commitment to honest, rigorous review at every stage.
This is not a large practice, and it will not become one. SHORE works with a small number of clients — people who are ready to take their physical future seriously and who want to work with someone who will take it equally seriously.

A CLIENT'S EXPERIENCE
A recent Foundations client came to SHORE hesitant about heavy lifting and worried about injury — someone who wanted to build strength without being pushed from zero to hero overnight.
What changed wasn't just physical. Training became the anchor for earlier nights, more intentional nutrition, and steadier energy through the day — the kind of ripple effect that comes from treating capability as a system, not a workout. Strength progressed without being forced. And because much of the engagement moved between in-person and remote sessions, travel stopped interrupting progress — the programme adapted around a demanding schedule instead of competing with it.
"SHORE Longevity isn't a personal training program — it's a thoughtful, highly personalized approach to building strength and better habits that can actually become part of your life."
The SHORE Baseline is where every engagement starts — a free, six-minute self-assessment across all five domains that produces a precise picture of where you stand today.
A trusted advisor for physical capability.
